- 6Upgrade to Crew or Master to cut fees on early jobs

Getting verified
We verify identity before paid work so clients and pros can trust who they're dealing with.
Timeline
Typically 2–4 hours during business hours in Accra.
Documents
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement, recent)
- Business registration (contractors & suppliers)
What happens next
You get email confirmation. A verified badge appears on your public profile and in search.
Why verification?
Escrow and payouts only work when we know who is on each side of the job. Unverified accounts can browse and prepare profiles, but paid work requires a verified badge.
