Clients pay when funding escrow. Pros pay the platform fee from job amounts (or $0 while Crew/Master waivers apply). Subscriptions bill monthly via Paystack.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions renew monthly; you can stop renewing from your subscription page. Escrow-funded jobs continue under their contracts.
Are there hidden fees?
No. Standard job fee is 0.88%. Supplier product fee is 0.5%. Paystack’s own processing fees may apply on deposits.
